About Club
The yoga and meditation club is a peaceful sanctuary where students come together to practice mindfulness, balance, and holistic well-being. Focused on promoting mental clarity, physical health, and emotional resilience, the club offers sessions in yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques suited for all experience levels. Members can explore a range of practices, from dynamic vinyasa flows to restorative yoga, alongside guided meditations that help relieve stress and enhance focus.
