About Club



The yoga and meditation club is a peaceful sanctuary where students come together to practice mindfulness, balance, and holistic well-being. Focused on promoting mental clarity, physical health, and emotional resilience, the club offers sessions in yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques suited for all experience levels. Members can explore a range of practices, from dynamic vinyasa flows to restorative yoga, alongside guided meditations that help relieve stress and enhance focus. Regular workshops, guest instructors, and wellness events foster a supportive environment where students can learn to manage the demands of academic life with calm and confidence. Beyond just physical exercise, the yoga and meditation club cultivates a sense of inner peace, unity, and self-awareness, empowering members to carry these valuable skills into all aspects of their lives.
