About Club
The Debating Society of Gautam Buddha University "DRISHTIKON" is a student's group that promotes the spirit of free and genuine discussion, realisation on the happenings around us with the motive of producing intellectually sound, aware students who can express themselves anywhere, anytime on an issue of relevance It organises a range of activities, including regular debate sessions, workshops, and competitions. These debates often cover a wide array of topics, from current events and political issues to philosophical dilemmas and ethical questions.The society conducts training sessions led by experienced debaters and guest speakers, helping members refine their rhetorical abilities and understand diverse perspectives. Beyond enhancing oratory and analytical skills, the debating society plays a crucial role in building confidence, fostering teamwork, and encouraging intellectual curiosity among its members.
